Your growth path

YOUR JOURNEY WITH ESCA.

01 / Passive Membership

Start wide.

Join us to attend corporate events, company visits, and guest lectures. It is the perfect way to meet people in the industry and see what supply chain is all about.

02 / RESEARCH CONSULTING

BUILD YOUR EXPERIENCE.

Step up by joining a selective consulting project. You will gain valuable team experience and build a strong professional portfolio that stands out to recruiters.

03 / ACTIVE COMMITTEES

Or run the machine yourself!

Join a committee to take charge of our operations. You will help make decisions, lead our tracks, and directly shape how our association grows.

Selection Process

The selective tracks work because the structure is explicit.

01

Start with exposure

Join events, meet members, and get a feel for the association before applying for selective roles.

02

Choose your track

Consulting and committees are selective — they carry real responsibility and recurring commitments.

03

Prepare a serious application

For selective roles, be clear on motivation, availability, and why you want practical supply chain work.

Student FAQ

The practical questions, answered directly.

Do I need prior supply chain experience?

No. Passive membership is open to everyone, and selective tracks weigh motivation and readiness to learn, not just prior exposure.

Which faculties can apply?

ESCA works across RSM, ESE, and ESL. Most selective student roles target those three faculties.

What's the difference between consulting and committees?

Consulting is project-based work for a company. Committees run the association itself — events, outreach, and partner management.

What's the time commitment?

Passive membership is 2–4 events a semester. Research Consultant is 10–12 hours/week for 8–12 weeks. Committees are 6–8 hours/week.

When are the next intakes?

Passive membership is rolling. Research Consultant opens for September 2026. Committee roles next open in February 2027.

Ready to step in?

If you want exposure, responsibility, and contact with real companies, this is where it starts.
